Travel can make an ordinary afternoon feel like a test. Another museum. Another reservation. Another place to prove you have been. It is entirely reasonable to opt out for an hour.
A sauna, a massage, or simply a quiet chair can change the rhythm of a day. Choose the setting that suits you, check the local etiquette, and give yourself permission to stay a little longer.
The details matter. Quiet or social. Swimwear or no swimwear. A shared space or something more private. Knowing what to expect makes it easier to relax, and being considerate makes the experience better for everyone.
A little care for yourself belongs in the itinerary too. Preferably with some breathing room afterwards.
